What is your return/refund policy?

When will my order arrive?

Orders should be processed within 3-5 days of order date. USPS priority shipping typically takes 3-5 days as well. 

Do you ship outside the U.S?

Currently, no. 

I placed my order, but have not received tracking information?

Once your order is packaged and a shipping label is printed, you should be sent an email update with the tracking information.

What shipping method do you use?

USPS Priority. 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
