What is your return/refund policy?

When will my order arrive?

Domestic orders should be processed within 3-5 days of order date. USPS priority shipping typically takes 3-5 days as well. For international orders, shipping information should be on the product page. 

Do you ship outside the U.S?

Yes!

I placed my order, but have not received tracking information?

Once your order is packaged and a shipping label is printed, you should be sent an email update with the tracking information. DM us or email us for any issues.

What shipping method do you use?

Domestic shipping: USPS Priority/UPS Ground Advantage

International shipping: UPS Worldwide Expedited
